I made an appt ahead of time for a specific day and time and when I got there I told them I had an appt with Nicole they said it would only be a few minutes ended up being more than 15 mins that annoyed me so much I just left!!!! I could see to wait like 10 mins more than that is unacceptable
Worst pedicure ever, and the manicure was also basically complete garbage. She was distracted by everything in the store, except what she was supposed to be doing when it’s the older woman with glasses does not pay attention to anything literally was watching everybody else work and not paying any attention to what she was doing to my feet in my hands she’s so obsessed with gossip and seeing what everyone else is doing, she can’t focus at all my toes and my finger fingers look worse than they did when I came in as a previous review said they pretend they’re giving you a massage with your pedicure. They barely touch your skin. They don’t do anything in the scrub. They put on your legs. They just wipe it down one time and put your feet in the water the entire situation is a joke. They don’t even use callus remover correctly. This place is a scam. You would be better off doing them yourself or paying somebody you don’t even know I’m serious like a stranger on the street. This place is the worst.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my interactions with Jenny at Fashion Nails have consistently been unpleasant. There have been multiple occasions where, when I call to make an appointment, I’m told there are no openings. However, when a family member calls shortly after, suddenly appointments are available and they’re told someone will “get back to them.” This has made me feel singled out and treated very differently from other customers. Additionally, after confirming an appointment, Jenny has called me to try to switch or change the time, which adds to the overall awkwardness and lack of professionalism. It often feels disorganized and uncomfortable, as if my time isn’t being respected. On top of that, the atmosphere feels very one-sided. Clients are expected to be perfectly on time—being even a few minutes late results in attitude—yet it seems acceptable for the staff to run late with no acknowledgment or apology. There are also frequent moments where staff openly talk about clients in their language in general, which creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. The prices are also very high for the level of service provided, and overall it feels like you’re expected to work entirely on their time. While I will say that CC was always kind, professional, and did great work, the overall experience has made it clear that I will not be returning. I’m a firm believer that you should spend your money where you are wanted and respected as a customer. I’ve stayed far longer than I should have, hoping things would improve, but they haven’t. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here if you value respect, professionalism, and fair treatment.
When I first moved to North Rockland, it took awhile to find my nail spot. Once I came to Fashion Nail Spa Stony Point, I don’t go anywhere else. It’s a large salon, so I never have to wait if I come as a walk-in. It’s very clean and they recently even did more updates for renovation. What they have that no other salon offers is chair massage! The staff is always accommodating to me. I recently received Chrome manicure and I love it! I recommend this local nail salon.
Just went here for the first time and I think this will be my new nail spot! I've been to four different salons since January and this place is the cleanest, and nicest place I've been to. I had to get my acrylics soaked off, and I got a gel powder manicure. They took such good care of my nails, I didn't feel rushed or anything! Even the gentleman at the register while checking out was so kind. They were so mindful about being clean I have to bring this up again because I've never seen a salon that did the things they did here. I would 100% recommend, and I will definitely be coming back!
